Our commitment to responsible gaming at zbz8
zbz8 believes that entertainment should never become a burden. Our responsible gaming tools keep you in control at all times and make playing enjoyable.
Why responsible gaming matters
Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when kept within the right limits. zbz8 always wants every player to play safely, healthily, and with awareness. Responsible gaming is not just about tracking wins and losses — it is about caring for your mental health, family life, and financial stability.
We believe every player needs to know when to stop and where to find help. zbz8 is committed to standing by you as a safe and reliable platform.
All services at zbz8 are for people aged 21 or older only. Anyone under age is strictly prohibited from opening any kind of account or taking part in betting.
Our protection tools
Setting deposit limits
You can set your own limit on how much you deposit each day, each week, or each month. Setting this limit reduces the risk of overspending and keeps your budget in your own hands. You can lower the limit at any time, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Self-exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, use self-exclusion. This feature lets you temporarily close your account for anywhere from 7 days to 6 months. A permanent closure option is also available. No promotional messages are sent while self-exclusion is active.
Session limits and time-out
Set a time limit for how long you play in each session. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you. Use the time-out feature to take a break from 1 day up to 4 weeks. During the break you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets.
Setting loss limits
Deciding to stop playing after losing a set amount is a sign of a responsible player. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits, and once you reach them your session will close automatically, keeping you protected.
Betting history and review
You can view your complete betting history and details of all deposits and withdrawals at any time. Analyze your own playing patterns and take action if needed. zbz8 keeps records of all transactions to ensure transparency.
24/7 support and advice
Our Bengali live chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any questions or help related to responsible gaming. You are not alone — our team is always by your side.

Important warnings
Remember: Never treat gaming as a source of income. Always assume that whatever you bet can be lost. Only spend what you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
Minor protection: Use parental control software on your device to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites. zbz8 never allows minors to open an account, and any account suspected of being used by a minor is closed immediately.
Never turn to gaming because of financial pressure, work stress, or personal problems. Responsible gaming means keeping gaming as entertainment — not as a solution to problems.
